Just realized I have the same issue! And now im flagged on sgtools by not activated wins! So I can not enter any sgtools protected giveaway! Could you pls send a ticket to the support to change the game name or delete?

Edit: Unmarked the "received" button solved the problem for this time. Don't worry I wont mark it as "not received" when the 7days ends. No need to hurry!
Anyway he/she didn't marked it not received or received after the 7 days ended. And didn't answer to you. So I think you can ask a reroll and maybe the new "winner" could understandt the situation.
