It won't give you any CV but we still have to spend 40 points to enter :)
You can easily check if the game have no value (CV-wise) on giveaway creator page. When you write a name of the game you eant to give away you might get one red star (reduced value), two red stars (na value) or no stars (full value). No need to remember it, there is info about it on creator page, just look closely.
