you need to be fully correct here. if the winner doesnt get the game exactly like in the givaway stated he is supposed to not click the recieved link until he got exactly what was stated.

Actually once not delivered and marked as not received, the giveaway creator can get suspended for false giveaway so it's all on the creator. 😊

All of the newbies think '"I got a key so I click on received"'. They dont even check what they had activated.
The same happen with:
