Do you enjoy scary entertainment?
I got lots of scary games but for some reason i never finished anyone. I am very bad at horror games. Maybe i will reinstall and play resident evil 2 remake.

F.E.A.R.
I know I'm in the chapter with the famous ladder jumpscare and I'm finding myself unable to freaking play it. The anticipation is literally killing me

Real
🤔👻🧛👿👹😂
Actually, I'm going to be busy with the games I won in the Baby Steps and Community Train Won.
Come to think of it, this also fell into the horror game category. “Baby Steps”

Hahaha, don't worry—I've already reported that “clip” issue to the official Discord as a bug, so it won't happen again.🚀 🌕️😲
Around 9/29 AM local time, I cleared that tough spot—was it called “ManBreaker”?—and the game did show a clear time, but... seems there's still plenty left to do... exploring all sorts of things now...
I wonder if Nate will glow golden like he did with the urn? I have my suspicions.
There seem to be various other mysteries related to the achievements, so there's plenty to do...😂

I'm gonna play Puzzle Agent since I recently won it in Playing Appreciated. For some reason it has the Horror tag. I guess it's story related? No spoilers, please!
Edit: Oh damn, it is scary!

Will try to finish off the rest of my RE backlog, so at least 7 and REV2. Might even get to Village but who knows...

7 and Village are a connected plot line so if you care about that play 7 first.
Revelations 2 is underrated.

I'll play Layers of Fear (2016) and its DLC as part of the Monthly in a Month event and also because it's a won game ( I really need to play more of those).

Got a couple on the backlog, but as of right now, been thinking about playing Ad infinitum and F.E.A.R. Maybe replaying The Evil Within 2 and finally getting all achievements, that would be nice :)

Finished playing Slender Threads today, it's an absolutely hilarious horror point-and-click adventure, loved it!

Unsure yet. I have Days Gone for PoP, but it's too long. Maybe Crow Country, it feels to be a mix of oldie familiarity and horror.
Maybe STASIS BONE TOTEM.
Or if I get a lot of time, willingness, enough clear underpants and energy, Alien Isolation. Would be fitting after Alien: Earth

Thinking of buying Dying Light the Beast or Cronos. Then I have Evil Within for PoP so I'll try and get to that this month.
Definitely hopping on some more Outlast Trials, love that game.
I could use some recs for very scary horror games tho, especially if they're on the autumn sale. I'm craving something terrifying for Halloween hehe

I looked at your Steam library, and SOMA definitely fits the "very scary" definition. Alien Isolation too. Maybe Narcosis?
Dead Space (2008) is in my top 5 games of all time, and I would absolutely recommend it. IMO it's more extremely tense than terrifying though, but yeah, you should play it ASAP!
From your wishlist, I know that Visage is supposed to be pretty scary. I have it, but haven't tried it yet. It's still fairly expensive though.
A cheap one that I'd recommend is Alan Wake. It's also in my top 5 all time. Not very scary, but it's a spooky and strange classic: https://store.steampowered.com/app/108710/Alan_Wake/
I'd also recommend F.E.A.R. Not super scary, but it's awesome: https://store.steampowered.com/app/21090/FEAR/

Thanks for taking the time!
When it comes to Dead Space, I picked up the remake when it came out on the ps5 and then realised that for some reason aiming with a controller in that game just didn't click with me. I plan to go back to it on PC, but yeah I definitely need to play the og first. I wouldn't personally consider it too scary, I think the vibe I'm looking for is more aligned with PT, maybe like Visage as you mentioned (you're right though it's a bit expensive, especially for a game that doesn't have the best ratings).
Alan Wake I've played both of, for me it's actually the second one that's in my top 5 of all time! Love Sam Lake, what a genius lol.
Thank you for all the recommendations :)

Into the Dead: Our Darkest Days and HumanitZ for sure. Humanitz I picked up just a few days ago after fooling around with the demo.
Will try to fit in State of Decay 2: Juggernaut Edition and do Heartland, which is a story-based mode that I've never tried, feels right to play it in October.

I'm not big on Horror, but I don't mind some creepy/spooky sometimes. I'm trying Inmost, which is puzzle platformer with some spooky vibes, so far.
