To follow on, you'll have people asking if it is OK to enter for the Anniversary DLC as they have the base game of Skyrim already.

Honestly, I wasn't expecting this response omg. This is crazy. I wish I could give all of you a copy. I am so glad I'm making people happy, the only thing that really saddens me is that I can't give it to everyone... sigh. I'll do more in the future.

I also wanted to ask, is it okay for you to join, if i already own Skyrim, but i'm missing the anniversary edition/upgrade for modding?
Just say how you would like to join the people, because you could also restrict the giveawy to a person, which doesn't own Skyrim at all :)

Oh my gosh. I was not expecting such an overwhelming response to this giveaway. Thank you to those of you who have entered. Best of luck! A big thank you to those who have helped guide me. I genuinely did not know that Skyrim was in such high demand despite its outstanding popularity. This went beyond my expectations!
Those who are asking if they can redeem the DLC if they own the base game: I'm not entirely sure, unfortunately. I will check further on this matter and will update the description accordingly if I come across the information. :)

From what i understood, they perfectly "can" enter, and redeem the dlc.
They are asking if it is "fine with you" because you are the one who purchased the game and maybe want people who don't own it to enjoy it, rather than someone who already enjoyed the game and just want to enjoy the content from the dlc, it's more about the moral than the possibility :p
Btw, the way steam api managed their dlc is also why people who already own the game and even the dlc, can join this giveaway, so if you gift a DLC or pack of a game with a dlc, people will generally tell you to check if the winner don't already own them, since some people will abuse that to get something they alreadyt have and regift it/resell it without being penalised.
