It's just an error in reading the price- the AC complete pack is currently cheaper than this game by itself. It should regress once the complete pack goes off sale again.

From what I've heard, SG picks out the lowest price listed on the game's steam page to use as its value. Since steam lists any bundles a game is included in on the game's page, well... You know the rest.
