The first thing I would do is pay off not only my debts, but my immediate family's as well. Then I would move to a new location. After that... well... that will be kept as a secret! :D

Buy a nice home in a place I enjoy, create a living budget to live comfortably up to the age of 80 with some wiggle room for emergencies. What is left would be donated to charity or in a trust to provide constant income for a good cause.
