Is it OK to enter for the dlc as I own the base game?

I have the same question like Steveywonder

Can we enter with Fallout 4 base game and waste it if we win?

I'll remove my entry if it's not ok for DLC's.

Just a heads up. People will be able to enter, even if they own all DLC as well. So you may want to check their profile before awarding the game.

Hello! As TranceWarp mentioned above, I still can enter the giveaway despite already owning full Game of the Year Edition.
Unfortunately, if you'll look at my profile, you'll see only the base game (Fallout 4) and Contraptions Workshop DLC in my list of owned games.
So to be sure that the winner with the base game have less then 6 of 6 DLCs, you will need:
1) ask support to check for owned DLCs;
2) manually check owned DLCs (see this).
Maybe there is another one way that I can't figure right now...

I thought of joining for DLCs then checked and saw i own all as I bought the DLC bundle separately at some point on discount. Can still enter seems.
