How i can see dlc?
Steam show only games.
i tryed at youre profile, and searh found only game
without words about dlc

It's simple. You need to add winner to your Steam friends. Then...
1) Go to store page for DLC and press "friends play" button (screenshot #1) - so you can see all your friends who own this DLC (screenshot #2).
2) In case if "friends play" button leads to main game instead DLC, then add the DLC to your cart, select "Purchase as gift" option and try to choose the winner from list of your friends. You can't select the account that already own product you're buying for it (screenshot #3).
