If it helps narrow things down for you, I'm an old f*ck who's already watched far too much TV and far too many movies due to being medically housebound.

A TV show I could recommend is called Jericho. You may have seen it already, but it was on Netflix a while back. I found it an interesting take on what ordinary people would do after a nuclear attack. I wish they made a 3rd season, but I enjoyed what I got out of it.

I have heard of that, and heard nothing but good things about it. I've never had the opportunity to check it out so I'll see if it's on Netflix here!
