I can’t buy anything but this %*$& from GMG. Some say you can buy games when you are bronze and can no longer when you leveled up to gold. I created a new account and bought this game, became bronze, still not able to buy what I want. (Square Enix games, Cultic…)
The customer service always replys:
“Unfortunately, the game in your shopping cart is currently unavailable for purchase at this time. We are currently investigating this issue but we do not have information on when it will be available again. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this causes.”
Which is so ridiculous… And I believe there're many people who have the same problem.
