A conglomeration of galactic empires have completed domination of the Milky Way and the Human Quadrant 4 was the last to fall. Implanted with cybernetic controls, all are now under complete control, all but you. The Sarkad and Onton empires have moved from the final forward base used to enslave mankind leaving their primary forward research facility exposed. Having avoided assimilation, you have broken in to the research center and stolen the Sar-On BattleStar prototype. A swift series of actions can disable the near by warp gates and strand the Sarkad and Onton Fleets in Andromeda where the first major war of their new expansion is being fought. Time is short.
Two dozen star systems represent the battleground where almost a dozen wormhole/star gates must be destroyed. Scraps for upgrading and crystals for proton quantum torpedo's must be collected as you blast your way through the galaxy!
Features:
Resource farming and required planning of use for upgrades to four weapon types with eighty available upgrades.
20 star systems with increasing difficulty both in base firepower and fleet support.
Over twenty different enemy craft and base ships.

Steamgifts didn't see that you own this game because it's deleted from the Steam store. If a game's information is not available in Steams API then there's no way to check for it.
There's other things to consider though: The sites rules require you to only enter giveaways for games that you don't own, yet. You should have checked before entering. While I understand that hardly anyone does that and instead simply relies to the site's settings that are just meant to help with that (which has it's limitations as explained above), there are tools that make this a really easy task. For example the Steam Web Integration script.
It shows you a green checkmark besides every Steam Store link for titles that you already own and a red cross if you do not own a title, yet. That way one can directly see if something is already owned or not.
I can only recommend using SWI. Not only to make things easier for oneself in order to follow the rules but also to help avoid unnecessary tickets and thus trouble for yourself and the giveaway creator.
You should hide giveaways for the game so this doesn't happen again.
