To be fair, the description is ambiguous without a comma. It could mean that thanks is fine, or that you blacklist people who say thanks.

The way you wrote it isn't clear. The way I read it, it says "If you say thanks, I won't blacklist you". What you should have said is: "If you don't say 'thanks', you will be blacklisted" Or "Say Thanks in comments to win"
