Nobody can enter giveaways for DoW2 dlcs

What I dont know why.
It is a problem with sg, i think. You can just give a serial of a dlc in chat so some hasty person can activate it. Saw some people do it that way. The problem is that you won`t get any exp for such giveaway :D
