Since the description says you've won it and the comment says a friend gave it to you I just wanted to let you know, just in case, that all the games we win on SG are visible to the support (and giveaways creators). Therefore regifting won games is always visible and punished eith suspension. I believe it might be language barrier and I didn't understand you clearly. BUT if it is not the case, the best thing to do is to delete the giveaway and activate it on your account :) Especially that the description seems suspicious and people probably already report you to support asking to clarify the situation. If it's not regifting you're safe of course and you have nothing to worry about :)
