Must have mods:
SkyUI - Better inventory and UI than the original console version. (SkyUI has great support for both Keyboard+Mouse and Controllers)
Categorized Favorites Menu - A bigger and more manageable Favourites Menu.
Better Dialogue Controls - Makes the dialogue controls work better on PC.
Better MessageBox Controls - Again makes the message boxes work better on the PC.
Unofficial Skyrim Patch - Major compilation of fixes.
Run For Your Lives - Makes citizens and farmers run into their houses, instead of getting their heads bitten off when a dragon attacks.
Guard Dialogue Overhaul - Makes the Guards dialogue a lot better. (Cuts down on the Arrow to the knee chatter)
Ohh, yeah and use Nexus Mod Manager to download the mods.
