Rick Stein is one I find enjoyable, although a bit predictable in his eternal love for fish (I mean ok, I like fish too, but man, he is obsessed).

I get that for fish lovers he must be like a fish cooking guru :P
I do not tend to watch to much chefs/ chef shows but I guess almost everyone knows that Gordon Ramsay is out there seeking that lamb sauce and recently I've been watching an italian cehf called Chef Rubio who seems pretty cool if you seek to learn like traditional italian dishes from different places across the country and I'm not even from there! :D

Gordon is a legend (for various reasons XD).
I don't watch many either, but Rick Stein is someone I keep stumbling upon - his stuff is good, I have tried a couple of his recipes and they were wonderful - , if you see any of his roadtrip shows though most of the time he goes straight for the fish.
