Berserk is basically legend status for artwork and story in a manga, unknown how its going to go with the mangaka having passed away but it is being continued still.
Made in Abyss is amazing as well, but it does delve into some territories that will make people uncomfortable.
Berserk have very detailed drawing. Not sure if that is something you are looking for.
