I will give it away again tho, as I have it already. Which is weird because I activated the settings to not show giveaways for owned games...

Steamgifts cannot recognise ownership of DLCs, so it is possible to enter giveaways even for those you have already.
One is not supposed to create giveaways with games that they won (or they risk a suspension), but since you have it already I am not sure about that.
