I find that it helps to create all the GAs and link them to each other in advance. Something to keep in mind for next time.
PS: Thank you for your 64(?) giveaways in total! I hope the family doesn't sleep hungry tonight :)

PD: Better don't hear on "lowering the level" requests. Sadly, too much autojoiners, multiaccounters and rulebreakers in general below level 2.
