Don't you think you should say at least for what region?
Just to remember, if the winner can't use it, he can (and actually should) mark the giveaway as not received. After all, if he marks it as received but it never shows on his/her Steam profile, he/she could get a suspension here on Steamgifts.

I would love to, but it is not quite possible for me to know. I got it in one Czech gaming magazine, but it could be restricted to way more countries. Maybe it is not restricted at all, I cant tell from the information provided.

Got it. As far as I know, Steam restrictions are region (not country) based. There are predetermined region groups. I haven't seen bundles (or other distributors) with restricted keys yet. But who knows?
Anyway, as I told you before, in case it IS restricted and the winner can't use it, the winner risks getting suspended if marking it as received, so you must be OK with the possibility of a "not received" gift you gave away.

It was not a part of a bundle, they regularly release Steam keys with every issue of the magazine and I found I already had these games. If they cannot be country restricted (only region locked), then who knows what region it is. I am fully OK with marking it as not received.
