Whats going on is that steam won't let me give this copy to anybody that has the base game. I have tried several time now and none of the methods we tried would let me give it to them. You and the several people before you all have the base game so I have been having to ask them to reroll several times now. The wait time has just been at least a couple days each time because the support staff are busy.
