I considered this and looked at it since years and it gets worse with each year.
I have a lot of experience in the field of finding black sheeps, which ways are used to exploit, abuse or do harm to this site and other sites.

And yes, each measure hit a few innocent ones but at some point it must be done something to hold a site alive. To feed a lot of black sheeps that they can resell wins or activate it on their 5th card farm account, isn't the right way.

When you see lvl 0 accounts you see, very fast, which sort of user is behind.

Type 1:
4 years on the site, 400 wins, never gave something, never created a thread and never wrote in the discussions. The Steam account shows a good bunch of newest AAA games, a high ammount of CSGO items (or other stuff that have a worth like Dota 2 items etc.).

Type 2:
8 months on the site, 50 wins, gave a few free games, wrote a bit in the discussions and made maybe theads. The steam account don't show items with worth and don't show new AAA games.

Take the time to check in one, random, public, level 0, GA all the entries and check this accounts stats + steam accounts and you will see very fast if you see more of Type 1 or Type 2.
If you don't want to spend the time, i give you the solution, the Type 1 is the overwhelming majority

I know a lot that left sg over the years and i spoke with them about the reasons. Often it was because of the frustration that not much happens against rule breakers and about to get threated like a game dispenser as gifter.

Ps.: The message will pop up for the future till i leave sg or something changed drastical. Or changed from the owners side to catch the ones with infractions (site/server sided).
