I started Witcher 1 and dropped it in a couple of hours (1 or 2). Hated it's combat system and never decided to try the second one.
I wish I'll do so someday :D
As for the Andromeda picture, let's hope it won't collide with out galaxy sooner than when it is supposed to happen ^.^
Witcher 1 have pretty annoying combat mechanic * has been improve a bit in Enhanced edition Second Witcher have a lot better mechanic but both have great storyline ;)

If you assume that there are no exotic effect on gravity it should be around 700Myr.
