Also got the wrong key, when I delete my free license and try the key it even says duplicate key so even the other key is an invalid one.

Same here, can't activate because already own base game

Like others are saying, the key seems to be for the base game, not the DLC. When trying to activate it, Steam says that my account "already owns the product(s) contained in this offer".

I'm also having the same problem. "This Steam account already owns the product(s) contained in this offer. To access them, visit your library in the Steam client." However I don't own the DLC so it's the the wrong key.
