Bought the Stellaris Humble Bundle (12 euros for base game and most expansions/DLC!), which included this DLC. Yet for some reason I can still enter this giveaway, which I obviously won't as I own it and want others to win it. Synced with steam account multiple times and all the other pieces I got from the bundle no longer show up in giveaways, as it should be.
Any idea why this is happening? Obviously I can just hide/ignore all these specific giveaways, just a weird bug?

You can enter any DLC you already own, not just this Stellaris Utopia DLC.
SG just syncs your actual games, not DLC.
