I am not sure about that one, since the game is not listed and it would require the basic game to be activated. But hey, lets see how it is with games that are out :)

I remember it well that when I activated Nosgoth - Veteran Pack it gave me 1 card drop. So I assumed the case would be the same. And I also know that I dropped some cards from an unlisted game called Aerena (later re-released with a different ProductID, so mine is the deprecated one).

Just ask funker who won the giveaway. I am sure I didn't got card drop for some key activated DLCs while getting it from others ... the point is that you really can't activate the basic game to activate the DLC if the game is not in the store anymore.
