There are other giveaway sites that dont require you to activate games you won there and as such, they're free to be given away. Should people avoid making giveaways of those as well?

If the support allows it, and they make decisions on game-to-game basis, then it is legal to give it away. And I'm pretty sure they will allow this one to be given away normally, as it was until now.

you're correct or me its doesn't matter for me too , i blacklisted him cause for me , someone doing this doesn't really care about rules and i hat that , if he wanted to give it away he should posted the key in the discussion section or in his own group or something like that

oh and one more thing 99% of the sites that give games for free they ask you to activate the key and its not for saling or trading it or give it away
