Activate Memories of a Vagabond first.

Edit: Oh I see you've regifted it. That's alright. You need to go and purchase the game and activate it on your account.

You see, you've violated one of the guidelines of SteamGifts, which is:
Won gifts should be activated to the Steam account used during registration, and they should not be regifted, traded, or sold.

Thankfully, you have 7 days after the giveaway ends to redeem the situation. If you don't have the game in your account in 5 days, you'll be suspended, and this giveaway will be rerolled.

Ok, I understood the situation, I haven't read the guidelines and I've done a giveaway with Memories of a Vagabond, I already sent the key to the winner so I can't activate it now.

There are two things you can do at the moment.

Wait until 7 days have passed since Memories of a Vagabond was created. Because you haven't activated the game and instead gave it away, you'll get suspended for 5 days. You'll be able to use the site normally again after your suspension is over, or,
Purchase the game through Steam, or try trading with users for a copy of the game. If you add the game to your account, through whatever means available to you, it'll be considered redeeming as long as you've done it within these 7 days and you won't get suspended.

Please understand that I'm not trying to antagonize you. I just want to familiarize you with the site rules so that you won't have to face more severe penalties in the future, as people with considerable inactivations get permanently suspended, and I wouldn't want to see you in that situation.
