It isn't SJWism. It is not being a dick.

One would think being a dick would be a thing one wants to avoid.

A witchhunt, the thing you were proposing, calls into question a user's motives and actions without justification and to the direct detriment of the wellbeing of the user. If the user is doing something wrong, the support volunteers will handle it, you are not needed to ensure that. If the user is not doing anything wrong you will have attacked their reputation and chased off users from a giveaway with no reason or right, making you the bad guy. Vigilantism is not supported because a vigilante has neither the tools nor the authority to make such judgements.

In the case of a wrongly labeled giveaway, it will end up deleted and the points refunded. Nobody loses.
