just use steam application to redeem it, steamgifts dont have to do anything with it
Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't want to discuss it. Please contact the support. Cancelling the Giveaway would be the easiest way.
Okay, the FAQ says " If the giveaway creator is able to provide you with a replacement gift or key for the same game that can be activated in your region, then you should mark the gift as "Received"."
So you can give me another key. Thanks!

Thanks for the game! I also had to contact the creator for a new key due to my original key not working, luckily this one worked right away :)
