Seems to be a temporary thing that only shows up every so often. Being such a big package, and 75% discounted, would make sense to see it constantly removed too.

That's the latest version, as recorded by archive.org or so it seems. I count 62 games, but could have missed one. Though saying that... the package here is missing Pacific Storm & Vigil: Blood Bitterness™, while "gaining" Scratches - Director's Cut
The original, which the site links to, is an older version with only 34 games, or so.

there's been three or four versions of the bundle at least... I'd be inclined to go with Guliver's list though, since likely shows up the full list of games somewhere if recorded or on a gift copy, if applicable. Plus they've given it away 4 times before now.
Edit: Ah, yup. Package can be found in their inventory, listing 63 games, as detailed in the description. Doesn't appear to be region restricted.
