Yeah, I thought it was weird that I was seeing this... Do you know why it's not properly sorting this out? If it was DLC for one of the games I don't remember so well, I might have accidentally entered while already having it...

I don't know the why but for a while now some content is like this, dlc or even game/edition you do own yet still can enter their GA
If you check your own Steam games list you will find only BL2 and 5 of its dlcs are listed.. so I'm guess Valve changed something in the public API.
