400 is when natural regeneration (+6 points every 15minutes) stops. But you can have as much as you want.
Well, maybe there is a limit, but I expect it to be very high, like 65k or 4M.
You can get more points if you enter some giveaways, then your points regenerate up to 400, and then you for some reason leave giveaways you entered (leave manually, or giveaway gets deleted, or you just won the same game) and points of those giveaways returned to you, making total points go above 400.
