Please make sure you don't already own this DLC prior to entering. You have to check in your LIBRARY under Mafia II because even if you own them the car DLC won't show up as owned on the Store page.
This DLC comes as a gift so please accept my (temporary) Friend request so I can send it to you.
The store page wont show this as owned so people will need to check for the DLC on the Steam app.

Thanks for pointing this out :) I knew that but I didn't make the connection that it could lead to people making an honest mistake and thinking they don't own it yet if they just check the Store page.
