Hola! This restricted Steam-gift which can only be redeemed in countries from list. Will sent via email.
I'm not 100% sure that this gift can be transferred to a region different from mine (not SA) via email. Through Steam trade window = 100% is sent, but it takes more than a week time. If the gift transfer fails, I will have to delete the giveaway.

Hola. If it is a gift, then you'll have to add the winner as a friend and try to send it. The problem is, that if you try to send the gift to someone who is in a country that has 10% price difference or more (compared to your country's Steam Store ) it won't let you send it.
I made a giveaway restricted to South American countries before. Steam warned me that gifts bought in Argentina, where I live, could only be redeemed in the same list of countries you have. The winner was from México, and even though México was in the list, store price difference made it impossible.

Yes, I know. Steam gifting policy has changed years ago. Before, you could buy games and keep them in your inventory until they were sent of redeemed by yourself. But now we can't do that. Only buy it at the moment, and send it through Steam (an email is sent too).

Done. It had trouble with activation via email, but if accept it to inventory and activate gift from inventory it works fine.
