Recently, I was checking people on my WL with SGTools. Then I found out you have a record of multiple wins.
I know it's none of my business, but I'm strict against rule-breaking. In this case, I need to remove you from WL. I'm not going to blacklist, either. Just... please understand me. This hurts me, too.
When you resolve the issue, just let me know. I'll add you on WL again.

(ps) I saw your two wins, one of them was GA of multiple copies and the other was just one copy. I recommend that you and first creator agree to delete the GA. Of course, maybe you need to gift something to him/her. Just my thought.

yeah there was an issue with me winning twice the same dlc for EUIV, first one was CIS-blocked, second was fine, anyway got banned for some time so I got my punishment.

it was a long time ago and I'm not going to take care of this now, the CIS-blocked copy still sits in my inventory and one day I may give it back for sg community.

In that case, you didn't received first one because you couldn't activate the gift. They say users should mark feedback after activating.

And please don't do regifting, it will make solution harder. I suggest below.

Add first creator on Steam, then return the CIS-locked gift.
Ask him/her to delete the GA rather than re-roll because of region-lock.
If you want to clean your record faster, you need to unmark the feedback. Don't mark as "not received", just click "received" button once more. It will help you.
