something is wrong, it's not a wallet code, it's a game code, you probably tried to enter it in the wrong place. try again here:

I'm on phone rn, so I activate the codes via the app -> wallet.

Anyway, trying it in the link you provided, I get a similar error:
The product code you've entered has already been activated by a different Steam account. This code cannot be used again.
