Your winner agik012 didn't activate the game and re-gifted it. He didn't activate a single game. Haven't you checked?

tbh i never check.
what the winners decide to do is their own buisness as long as they mark received.

A shame you don't do that. It's against the rules you know. Every game won here must be redeemed on winners account. That's why be have a bunch of scumbags in this site.

You can use steam gifts tools. It's fast, all you have to do is put the winners profile name and you can check if he activated all his wins and won a game multiple times. I make a lot of ga's at the same time too. Made 170+ once. But you have 7 days to send the games.
Better check and make sure people didn't break the rules.
Like this one I told you about. He didn't activate a single game he won and re-gifted at least half of it. He doesn't deserve to win anything here. What is he doing here anyway?
Found another user that hasn't played a game since 2015 and keeps winning games here. He access his account to redeem them and doesn't play anything, not even idle for cards [not a valid reason to enter a ga in my opinion, but still better than let it go wasted unplayed on his account].
I, for one, want the people that win my games to play them. At least be interested in them and intend to play.
So many people come here and don't give a single game. Not checking for rule breakers make it worse. And let them believe they can abuse the system.

actually i'll start doing that, assuming a person has an unactivated or a double win, is it enough to request a re-roll?

Yes, it's enough to ask for re-roll. And the only time they will ever deny your request is if the winner already served suspension for breaking the rules [they will let you know]. They encourage you to check and be sure. I ask for re-roll for not activated/multiple win from 2016 onward. If a user has only one infraction from 2014 he probably served suspension for that already and learned from his mistake [you ponder each case]. All you have to do is copy the information from sgtools [it gives you the game name + date and time]. Most important are the red tags as they represent broken rules for sure. Other color means almost always that sgtools can't verify that game for a reason, either because it's a dlc or because it's not on steam database anymore or it's a private/group ga. In that case you can try and check through the user steam profile or move on, because for dlc's there's no way for you to know since most don't show up when you search for a user games on steam and if there is no red tag infraction then those were probably activated. Every not activated/multiple win = suspension. If a user breaks the rules multiple times, they will end up being permanently suspended. Just like your winner. He won my ga and I reported him yesterday and he has been perma-banned.

No problem. :)
Most people break the rules once or twice and learn from it. But because most people don't check, this wan't even the worst case I have ever seen. One user didn't activate around 70 games. They come here, win the game and resell the keys. That pisses me off. lol
Anyway, if you need any help or have any questions, let me know. I'm here to help.
