Level 10 Wishlist Giveaway

The first, and probably only public wishlist giveaway I'll ever make -- as well as the first and probably only level-restricted GA I'll ever make. If you want the version of this that's not level restricted, drop by in the S.Gifts chat sometimes when it's the last Sunday of the month. I do one every single month. Alright, this month I'll actually be away and the next one is on November 1, but mark it in your calendar anyway.

So, for those who've never seen it, here's how it goes. The winner of this giveaway will of course receive Neoncube, but also one random game from their wishlist! The rules:

• The game must have been on your wishlist before the day that this GA started (that is, 2015-10-05 00:00 UTC). I can see the date, so no quickly adding new stuff!
• You must have at least three eligible games on your wishlist. No quickly removing everything so you're sure to win one game!
• A game is ineligible if you already own it, if it's free to play (this includes DLC for F2P games, since that gets preposterously expensive), if you can't play it yet (early access is OK, preorder is not), if it isn't available for purchase on Steam, if it isn't one single game but an app or a pack (game + DLC is OK, though), or, last but not least, if it's Neoncube itself. You can have as many ineligible games on your list as you like, I'll just skip them.
• The game is picked by a true random draw, results are non-negotiable, offer void where prohibited by law, regional restrictions or Asian air pollution.

In case you're wondering: these are not additional rules and they don't restrict this public GA in any way. The winner will receive Neoncube according to the site rules and the wishlist game according to my own design; support won't get involved in this.
