It seems like a great game from the gameplay videos, but I'm not a big fan of the lore so better to let someone else enjoy it instead of me. Have fun with the game^^
I saw the movies and my though was that they're not bad, just not that I would need to see them again or be fan of them. I don't mean it in a bad way, just they're probably not meant for me. I love Harry Potter series & Pirates of the Caribbean series, but DC or Marvel never really got me. I enjoyed the first spiderman movies, but I'm lost now with how many there are now.
I think that I'd enjoy the game for its gameplay mechanics, it reminds me a lot of No Man's Sky and that's one great game I need to get back to^^ I'd rather leave this game for someone who's looking to play it for the lore, since people are saying that it's much better for the story. So No Man's Sky for me it is^^
Feel free to entry for the gameplay, I just have too many games in my backlog rn that I'd rather leave it to someone else who'd enjoy it, doesn't matter if they'll enjoy the story or gameplay mechanics (or maybe both)^^

The gameplay is actually repetitive and boring but the upside is that storyline is pretty interesting and fun.
