Hello.
Unfortunately, it seems that the game key I received from you has been revoked or has already been used. I receive the following error message (in German) when trying to activate the key:

"Der von Ihnen eingegebene Produktschlüssel wurde bereits von einem anderen Account eingelöst. Der Schlüssel kann nicht erneut verwendet werden. Bitte kontaktieren Sie den Händler, bei dem Sie den Produktschlüssel erworben haben, um das Problem zu lösen."
