But yes, in general when you win giveaway and creator tries to give you another game, even when title is similar - do not accept it and do not mark giveaway as received. It can lead to your suspension.

If creator do not provide working key for game you won - either mark it as not received, or (if creators asks) decide if you want to give your permission to delete giveaway.
