Hi Neomatr. I wanted to take a moment to reach out to you and let you know that it's showing that you didn't activate one of your wins, Townsmen. Normally our support team would just suspend someone for the vioalation, but I looked to see if you had it activated and I saw you had Townsmen - A Kingdom Rebuilt in your library, which is a different game. I think both you and the giveaway creator made a simple mistake thinking they were the same so I'm hoping that it could get resolved, whether it be getting the correct game to you or allowing the support team to delete the giveaway.
