we actually do. On the Christmas dinner, we eat one cracker with a bit of honey and a piece of nut in the memory of our family members that are no longer with us.
They will always be remembered:)

Hmm, I answered this question just recently for someone...
We don't, really. We have a small get together for a few close relatives and friends on Christmas Eve, open stockings after they leave, then have my sister's family over for Christmas dinner the next day.
That's pretty much it.
