Sorry that happened. I've located where the key came from. I just need to wait until more of my yesterday's GAs have received feedback in order to know if any more keys will need replacement.
If you really want the game you won, feel free to wait. Otherwise, please consider allowing me to have this GA deleted.
It wasn't actually my fault, but I'm sorry.

I contacted support about the code. Getting a new key is going to take some time. I'll keep you informed.

Hi!
The support replied, 'Unfortunately it looks like the keys for the game are currently out of stock.' They offered what they called 'a quick solution', but that doesn't involve getting a new key for the game you won.
On receiving that, I decided that trading might bring a better result.
Currently, I have already made a deal, but my trade counterpart asked me to give them 2 more days to complete it.
