Hi, first I would like to apologize for my mistake. Three days ago I got a suspension and because of that I could not access anything on the site, until now I could not even verify what happened, but after a quick look I got what occurred. I don't know how I clicked the wrong feedback button (it seems that my eyes are really getting worse with age), and I didn't notice your message about it when it arrived. I received an alert about new message but I was unlucky to received another message almost at the same time and read that one and clicked "Messages Read" button without noticing that I did not read yours. Well, now that I can login again I undid my mistake and marked the right feedback, and I am writing to you to let you know that I am really sorry and I will start to double-check in the future. Thanks.
