Since the thread was closed up, I thought I'd write the response here. In reality, kidneys are so expensive because they're high in demand. The queue for kidney transplants is massive, so it'll be selling like hot cakes. While at the same time, not many people care about the gallblader, so it costs around as much as a high tier PC. :D

yes, but not fully f2p. You'll have to get the expansion eventually.
The f2p version has tons of restrictions. Not worth playing it, but just trying.

Story is good. don't know aobut PvP... PvE is the same, no one is like WoW in PvE in my opinion.
