The game is heavily region locked, I went by the list and eliminated every country on the list hoping the winner will be eligible for game activation but please note a tiny wee chance I missed something OR the list of countries unavailable for activation was incomplete.

I'm not in JP. Currently in SEA region. I was when I created my Steam account but I never bothered to change the country in my profile.
