Just FYI EU III Complete you are giving away according to your GA description isn't the same as EU III Collection you chose for the GA. Collection is the full package on Steam, with all DLCs, your complete package doesn't contain all DLCs. Winner might have a problem with your key.
Hmm, it was listed as 29112 at barter.vg and this one according to "Humble Paradox Bundle 2018" content list should have all the DLCs

IDK mate, maybe the complete package from HB is the same as collection on Steam and contains all the DLC. It was just a heads up :-P
